Generally we can help resolve disputes without the need for Solicitors or Barristers though when legal action is unavoidable we can help to make the process straight-forward and cost-effective.

Once we have established the facts of the dispute we will talk to you about potential routes of action.

Where complaints have been ignored by contractors we advise you begin with a pre-action letter of claim (called a protocol). This can be prepared and sent by solicitors for as little as £89. This of itself may be enough to have your concerns addressed, making sure your contractor knows you are serious about resolving matters.

Should the dispute remain unresolved the next step would be to talk to a solicitor who would review the case and provide advice on means of redress and the likely prospects of success. Prices for this service start at £199 (or £249 including a letter of complaint).

If funding legal work is of a concern you may be eligible for government funded legal aid which although is less accessible today can still be available. If not our fixed fee legal services mean you do not have to be concerned about costs spiralling out of control or becoming unjustifiable.
